Creative Journal
In 2021, like many others, I faced various challenges that left me feeling troubled and anxious. It was then that my friend Rebecca introduced me to a special remedy that would help me achieve balance of the mind, body, and soul - art journaling. Starting from January 2022, I dedicated the entire year to illustrating wild birds that live in our garden and surrounding bushland. Daily drawings became a source of comfort and helped me let go of complicated emotions, allowing me to relax. Whenever I'm in my art zone, the world around me fades away, leaving only my thoughts and the strokes of my brush on paper.
Art journaling has become my solace, a true escape that has helped me move past my issues.
Since starting my art journal, I've never looked back.
